Join us online for a two-part CLE series on discovery and evidence. The second session of this series focuses on presenting compelling stories at trial.
Like being asked to bake a cake without a recipe, many attorneys preparing for trial have been given the vague advice to ‘tell the jury a story.’ The issue is that we’re rarely told what makes a story compelling, why storytelling is crucial, and how it connects to testimony and evidence. The goal of this session is to shed light on these topics, exploring the concepts and strategies that successful trial attorneys use to craft persuasive narratives in court.
Part one of this series, Discovery & Evidence Series: Deposition Tips & Ethics, takes place on Thursday, December 5, 2024. You may register for one session at the regular price or register for the entire two-part series at a discounted price. There are additional discounts for New Members (members licensed for fewer than 5 years in Washington).
