Description: Mary L. Fenili (WSBA No. 13725, admitted 1983), of Denver, Colorado, was ordered to receive a reprimand on September 14, 2006, by the Washington State Supreme Court imposing reciprocal discipline in accordance with an order of the Supreme Court of the State of Colorado. This discipline was based on her 2006 misdemeanor conviction in Colorado of first-degree official misconduct. Ms. Fenili’s conduct violated Colorado RPC 8.4(b), prohibiting a lawyer from committing a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects.
