Description: Sequim lawyer Jason Kays (WSBA No. 20438, admitted 1991) has been ordered suspended for 60 days effective October 23, 1996. The discipline is based upon Kays’ conviction for Malicious Mischief in the Second Degree (a felony), Fourth Degree Assault (a misdemeanor), and Harassment (a misdemeanor). Following his reinstatement, Kays will be on a two-year probation.
Respondent was represented by David Goodson. The Bar Association was represented by Disciplinary Counsel Anne 1.Seidel.
