Description: Lincoln Charles Beauregard (WSBA No. 32878, admitted 2002) of Tacoma, was ordered to receive an admonition, effective 12/02/2020, by a Review Committee of the Disciplinary Board. The lawyer’s conduct violated the following Rules of Professional Conduct: 8.4(d) (Prejudicial to the Admin of Justice), 8.4(j) (Violate a Court Order).

In relation to his representation of a client in a litigation matter, a Review Committee of the Disciplinary Board ordered an admonition. The Review Committee found that Beauregard willfully failed to comply with an order of the District Court for the Western District of Washington.
