Description: Tyler S. Weaver (WSBA No. 29413, admitted 1999) of Seattle, received two reprimands, effective 9/08/2020, by order of the Chief Hearing Officer. Weaver’s conduct violated the following Rules of Professional Conduct: 8.4 (Misconduct).

In relation to representation of multiple clients as a part of his practice specializing in class action lawsuits, Weaver stipulated to two reprimands for: 1) altering an expert’s report and sending the altered version to a client while falsely describing it to the client as genuine; and 2) testifying that the altered version of the expert’s report was the one that his firm had received from the expert when such was not the case.
