Description: Jacqueline Kimzey (WSBA No. 1097LPO, admitted 1989) of Snohomosh, voluntarily cancelled her LPO license in lieu of further disciplinary proceedings, effective 06/22/2017. The Limited Practice Officer agrees that she is aware of the alleged misconduct in disciplinary counsel's Statement of Alleged Misconduct and rather than defend against the allegations, she wishes to permanently resign from membership in the Association. The Statement of Alleged Misconduct reflects the following violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct: 1.12A (Safeguarding Property) and 109 (LPO Duties and Authority Are Not Delegable).
