Description: Jenny A. Barrett (WSBA No. 475LPO, admitted 1984) of Freeland, voluntarily cancelled her LPO license in lieu of further disciplinary proceedings, effective 02/13/2018. The Limited Practice Officer agrees that she is aware of the alleged misconduct in disciplinary counsel's Statement of Alleged Misconduct and rather than defend against the allegations, she wishes to permanently cancel her license to practice law as an LPO. The Statement of Alleged Misconduct reflects the following violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct: 1.10 (Misconduct). Jonathan Burke acted as disciplinary counsel.
