Description: Marsha M. Morasch, (WSBA No. 20130, admitted 1990), of Portland, OR, was suspended from the practice of law in the State of Washington for a period of six (6) months, effective August 27, 2012, by order of the Washington State Supreme Court imposing reciprocal discipline in accordance with an order of the Supreme Court of the State of Oregon. Ms. Morasch’s conduct violated Oregon’s RPC 8.1(a)(2), knowingly failing to respond to a lawful demand for information from a disciplinary authority; and Oregon’s RPC 8.1(c), failure to cooperate with State Lawyers Assistance Committee (SLAC).
