Presented in partnership with the WSBA Environmental and Land Use Law Section
Join us in-person or remotely for the Environmental and Land Use Midyear from May 8-9, 2025. We will be in beautiful Union at the Alderbrook Resort & Spa this year as well as broadcasting live online. Hear from practitioners from around the state speaking on crucial topics such as: legislative and federal case updates, Indian water rights, the CCA, the SEP fund, land issues in eastern Washington, exactions, ISGP and derelict vessels, and environmental justice.
In addition to helpful programming, attendees will enjoy lots of time to go outside and explore the surrounding beauty.
LODGING INFORMATION
There is a limited block of discounted rooms at Alderbrook held for attendees until April 7, 2025, based entirely on space availability. Once they are filled, room prices may increase. Room reservations made under the WSBA room block are intended for attendees of the Midyear Conference only. If a non-attendee would like to stay in the area, please find accommodations outside of the WSBA room block.
TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM
Call Alderbrook reservations directly at 360-898-2145. Identify yourself as part of the “WSBA Environmental and Land Use Section” to receive the discounted rate.
The WSBA room block is for Wednesday and Thursday nights, May 7 and 8, ranging in price from $229-$379 plus taxes and fees.
Continental breakfasts and buffet lunches will be provided both days for in-person attendees. There are limited dining options at Alderbrook and reservations are strongly recommended for dinner in the main dining room, The Restaurant.
